Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. Now suddenly Microsoft is inserting ads. These ads are based on things within your correspondence. They did not ask me if they could read my mail. They just do it. Also the ads don’t always appear immediately. Over the past 10 days I’ve tried to open a message only to have an ad pop into the place where my message was, causing me to touch the ad, and I open an ad that I’m SOOO not interested in.

This is incredibly aggravating! After using this app for many years, I uninstalled and switched to a new email client. They started putting ads at the top of your inbox that look like emails.

And they don’t show up until a second or two after you open the app, resulting in accidentally clicking on an ad instead of the top email in the inbox. It’s awful. If the goal was to get people to uninstall the app as quickly as possible, mission accomplished. Well, I can’t imagine the ratings and reviews graph staying the same here on Play Store for long concerning Outlook. If a larger graph line under a “1” rating doesn’t happen, something is definitely wrong.
