I found the very first version I had just a few years ago quite difficult to learn and slightly tricky use, but when I upgraded to Logic Pro X it took almost no time at all to learn my way around and begin working in it.

Over the inertvening years Apple have also added more and more instruments and plug-ins, even buying up companies to acquire some of them. So out of the box there is a wealth of variety in the sounds you can make.

Logic Pro is one of my favourite toys and has also been productive when I needed to use it in earnest. I personally have never seen it crash either, which is unusual in something so sophisticated. Great software, I absolutely love it.
