BUT, it opens the app every time visually on my screen and I have to click to hide it while it is on. Is there a way to have it start at login in without seeing the app on my screen but just the app icon in the menu bar on my Mac?

VERY disappointing. But when I get time, I keep bugging the bot with new bug report information, whether it wants it or not.
