As I previously wrote I can connect my tablet this way. I would like to connect my Windows 10 laptop the same way. My phone has a wifi hotspot option, and I can connect the PC that way, but the data amount is limited to 2GB with that option.

If I connect by Bluetooth, I do not need to worry about the data limit. The wifi hotspot does offer a password option if you set it up that way.
