My outlook client is part of an Office enterprise subscription. Lately it only starts in Offline mode; I am connected to the internet so there is no reason why it should not connect to the exchange server?

I have tried a few solutions but nothing works to start it straight away in online mode. Yes I can click the Offline mode button but that is outside this scope and not acceptable to do this every time. I then have to click that button to mark it work offline and then click it again to bring it online.
