On the Security tab, select Custom level, and then under ActiveX controls and add-ins, perform one of the following actions: To allow Ask for automatic user intervention for ActiveX controls, select Enable. To allow Internet Explorer to display videos and animations on a Web page that does not use an external media player, select Enable.

To allow Internet Explorer to download the signed controls for ActiveX, select Enable, or select Ask confirmation if you want to be notified each time this happens. To allow Internet Explorer to run ActiveX controls and plug-ins, select Enable, or select Ask confirmation if you want to be notified each time this happens.
