The issue I had was that if I rebooted, I could open outlook without any problems. If I closed outlook and then tried 210 reopen outlook it would then freeze on “Loading Profile”. This http://replace.me/23559.txt seemed to leed me down the right path. Once I disabled everything I could, I went into the task manager and began to kill processes one at a time. I noticed the first time I started outlook it created a Agent. Once Free killed this process Outlook started right up.
